Craftlayout will not be liable to you or any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuance of any service.

3. PRODUCT

3.1. Craftlayout offers a variety of products for sale. Shipping for all products on the website will follow the company’s policy, which may change from time to time.

3.3. If the product is out of stock, our Customer Service Team will contact you to initiate a refund. For paid orders, the refund will be processed directly to your debit/credit card or online account. The refund will appear on your card or in your bank account within 7 to 21 working days from the time the refund request is raised. For Cash on Delivery (COD) payments, no refund will be given as no payment was received by us.

4. SERVICES

4.1. You are responsible for your actions when using the products purchased from Craftlayout; Craftlayout will not be liable for any such actions.

4.2. You represent that you are of legal age to form a binding contract and are not prohibited from receiving services under applicable laws in India.

If a product or service is listed at an incorrect price or with incorrect information due to an error, Craftlayout may, at its discretion, contact you for instructions or cancel your order and notify you of such cancellation. Craftlayout reserves the right to modify the price of the product and contact you for further instructions via the email address provided at the time of registration or cancel the order and notify you of such cancellation. If Craftlayout cancels the order after payment has been processed, the entire amount will be refunded to your account.

You agree to provide correct and accurate card details to the approved payment gateways for services on the website. You shall not use a card that is not lawfully owned by you. 7. DELIVERY OF THE PRODUCT

Your shipping address and pin code will be verified with Craftlayout database before you proceed to pay for your purchase. If your order cannot be serviced by our delivery partners or is outside our service area, we will request an alternate shipping address. If there is any dispute regarding shipment for areas not covered by Craftlayout, we will not be responsible for non-delivery. For multiple orders in one transaction, efforts will be made to ship all products together, though this may not always be possible.

Craftlayout entire liability to you under these terms shall be limited to the refund of the amount charged from you.

12.1. These Terms & Conditions and the relationship between you and Craftlayout shall be governed by the laws of India without reference to conflict of laws principles.

12.2. All claims, differences, and disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms & Conditions or any transactions entered into through the website shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Gautam Buddha Nagar, and you accept the jurisdiction of such courts.

13.6. Participants’ profiles must be public. Entries from private profiles cannot be viewed and will be considered invalid.

13.7. If Craftlayout shares or re-posts any participant’s photo, it does not mean the participant is a winner. A participant is only considered a winner once Craftlayout explicitly declares it.

13.8. Entries featured on Craftlayout social media handles and pages are at Craftlayout discretion and that of its third-party agency/agencies.

13.9. Entries containing abusive or profane language, or attempts to attack the integrity or personality of any individual or entity, or harassment will be disqualified and/or deleted.

13.10. All other terms and conditions on www.craftlayout.com, not in conflict with these terms and conditions, shall prevail.

13.11. All disputes arising from this contest are subject to arbitration, and the jurisdiction for such disputes shall be within the Courts of Gautam Buddha Nagar.

13.12. This contest is void where prohibited by law.

14. PRIORITY SHIPPING

14.1. Priority shipping is available at an additional cost, which varies based on the product and the destination pin code.

14.3. In the unlikely event of a delay in the arrival of the package due to reasons beyond our control, Craftlayout will not be liable for the delay.
